Founded in 2008 and publicly listed in 2014 (Stock code SZ300393)，Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to asJolywood)is a state-level high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacture of solar power products and associated technology. In 2023, Jolywood transitioned into a majority-owned subsidiary under Zheneng Electric Power, a company affiliated with Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Company Ltd. Additionally, Jolywood boasts several development and experimentation platforms, including a CNAS-Accredited laboratory, a TÚV NORD witness laboratory, a TÚV SUD witness laboratory, as well as the Jiangsu Film Engineering Technology Research Center.
